Earring backs do not stay on at all

The earrings themselves are very nice and just the right size for what my girlfriend was looking for. Only problem is she has already lost the back twice (found it once after 3 days thinking it was lost for good. She was trying to keep track but it fell off again) They just do not stay on at all and make them very easy to lose. It's just very unfortunate since they are nice.

Based on your description, we're guessing that because the earrings you ordered are so small, they also have small screw backs. Could you please let me know if you have plastic ear plugs? That might hold the earrings in place better.
