All our jewelry is handcrafted and the processing time varies based on the styles you buy. Most of the items will ship out in 3-7 days. Custom jewelry or gold jewelry requires 10-20 days to craft.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address you left on our website when you placed your order.
Please check the spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox after the estimated shipping time. If you never receive an email with the tracking number, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to track the logistics information?
Normally, you can track on our website for logistical information about your order. You can enter your order information or your tracking number to check it directly.
In addition, customers can also go to the official website of the corresponding logistics provider.
Customers whose packages are sent by business express can track the logistics information through the official FedEx website.
U.S. customers whose packages are sent by standard shipping can track the logistics information through the official USPS website.
Customers in Canada and Australia whose packages are sent by standard shipping can track the logistics information through the official CNE website.
Customers in other regions whose packages are sent by standard shipping can track the logistics information through the 17TRACK website.
There may be a delay in updating the logistics information just after your order has been shipped. Please check again after two or three days. You can contact our customer service directly if there's no new logistics information been updated for more than a week.
