Shipping Policy

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all US/CA/AU/DE/FR orders.

NOTED: Standard shipping usually takes 12-20 days and business express will take 3-9 days. However, in some cases, please expect a delay of 3-5 business days though we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours. The shipping carriers and the government will decide when to deliver your order. 

 

When will I receive my order?

Due to the New Year holiday, our factory will be closed, and production will be temporarily suspended. From January 10th, 2025 to February 12th, 2025, orders can still be placed as usual; however, the processing time for custom, karat gold, and platinum products will be extended to 15-25 days. After February 12th, production times of custom, karat gold, and platinum products will gradually return to the normal time of 15-20 days. Totally delivery time =Processing time +Shipping time. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

 

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might apply to shipping situations.

 

Will I be charged for customs and taxes?

No, you only need to pay the prices displayed on our site. However, in some cases, please expect a delay of 3-5 business days due to the special situation of the customs department in your country. For further details of the package, please contact your local customs office.
