Return & Exchange Policy

At VOOGME, we believe that everyone deserves a satisfying shopping experience. That's why we offer a flexible 30-day return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can simply return it within 30 days from the date you receive the product for an exchange or refund. Please note that for returns due to reasons other than quality issues, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

 

Return & Exchange Terms

  1. Contact Us First: Before returning or exchanging items, please get in touch with VOOGME via Email: support@voogmechic.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Attention: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

  2. Merchandise Condition: Returned or exchanged items must be undamaged, unused, and unaltered. In cases not related to our errors, customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees. After shipping your return, kindly provide us with the tracking number. Returns or exchanges without providing a tracking number will not be processed.

  3. Faulty Items: If you're returning a product due to a defect, please send us clear pictures or videos that highlight the issue. Attention: All silver/gold-plated Jewelry is plated gold on the surface of jewelry. During daily wear, rubbing or bumping will cause tarnish, which is normal. It is not a quality issue. 

  4. Restocking Fee: For karat gold and platinum products, a 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders. This fee will be deducted from the refund. Quality-related items can be repaired or refurbished for free. Refer to our Manufacturing Warranty for more information. Returning multiple items (≥ 3 pieces) to your order, a 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

  5. Refunds & Processing: We aim to process refunds or exchanges within 3 business days of receiving the returned package. Refunds will be issued to the original payment account or in the form of Membership points as you requested.Please Note: Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we will not refund the shipping cost.

 

Cases for Unconditional Reissue:

  • When customers provide clear proof of loss.
  • When the post office confirms delivery, but customers claim non-receipt.
  • In instances where VOOGME has dispatched the product, but logistics information cannot be verified.
  • Items received with quality issues within one month (beyond one month, customers are responsible for shipping costs) 

 

Cases For Non-Refundable:

  • Orders outside of our 30-day return policy (including Layaway orders).
  • Personalized jewelry such as engraved necklaces.
  • Items that have been previously exchanged.
  • Items that find quality problems a week after receiving it. Please do not worry, we will provide a replacement.
  • VOOGME will not accept returned products if repair service requests do not adhere to our regulations or if the product isn't a VOOGME item. In such cases, the original items will be returned at the customer's expense for return shipping.
  • Please note that "Design Your Own" products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged, especially for products with engraving. Please do not worry as we will provide customers with the CAD rendering before starting to craft the customized product for confirmation until meets customers' needs. If there are any quality issues, we will repair them for you free of charge.
  • Please note that the purchased products from Final Sale are also non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
