At VOOGME, we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy to make sure everyone can enjoy their shopping. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date you receive the product for an exchange or refund. However, if the product is returned for reasons other than quality problems, the customer needs to bear the shipping cost.

 

Return & Exchange Terms

  1. Customers should contact VOOGME via Messenger or Email before returning or exchanging items. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. If it is a faulty item, you need to send us pictures/videos of the item that can show where the fault is. After sending your return, you need to inform us of the tracking number. 
  2. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be undamaged, unused, and unmodified.
  3. For return and exchange events that are not caused by our mistakes, you need to bear all shipping fees.
  4. When you return K-gold and platinum products, you need to pay a 30% restocking fee on all returned items. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If the items have any quality problems, we’ll repair or refurbish them for free. Please see Manufacturing Warranty for details.
  5. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2 days of our receipt of the returned package. A refund will be issued to the original payment account.
  6. In the following cases, we reissue the order unconditionally:

    • Customers provide clear proof of loss. 

    • The post office shows the mail has been delivered, but customers do not receive it.

    • VOOGME has delivered the product, but logistics information can’t be shown.

 

Unauthorized Approved Return Cases

  1. Voogme will not accept the returned product if the repair service application is not submitted in accordance with the regulations or if it is not a VOOGME product. The originals will be returned at the customer's own risk for return shipping.
  2. “Design Your Own” products will not be allowed to refund, return, or exchange.
